The idea to host a Queer Prom came from a conversation we had randomly after using AI to generate what we’d look like in high school as our authentic selves.

Our 2024 “Queer Prom: Come as You Are” is a nostalgic reference to the famous Nirvana song from our youth. “I think that song is about acceptance, and about misfits,” once said Nirvana producer Butch Vig. “…‘Come As You Are’ is an ode to accepting someone for who they are.”

In 2026, we believe this sentiment is as important as ever in our country.

This event is for anyone in our industry who has ever felt othered, but especially for the trans community. We wanted to provide a safe space for our friends to express themselves authentically, surrounded by those who love and honor us.

Due to the nature of this event, we invite guests to purchase a ticket ($45 each) directly or participate as a sponsor. A portion of our ticket sales and sponsorship fees will be donated directly to charity.
